We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Client Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients, promote our financial products, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote SRF Micro Credit’s products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Analyze client needs to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
  • Assist with client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Male candidates preferred due to the nature of field-related duties.
