We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely loan repayments, managing overdue accounts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to help us achieve our recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage overdue loan accounts to ensure prompt recovery.
Contact clients to discuss repayment options and resolve payment issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and client interactions.
Work closely with the finance and legal teams to handle escalated cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during recovery processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in loan recovery or debt collection is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
Male candidates preferred due to the nature of field-related duties.
