Sandrine Raissa Fantodji is a motivated self- starter and a result driven entrepreneur who has an extensive business experience and has a proven record of successful entrepreneurship.

Having spent nine (9) years as the owner and CEO of SRF Micro credit, she has acquired a rich experience in business strategy and management, has carried out extensive research on microfinance and banking and has also participated in micro finance trainings.
She obtained a Bachelor Degree in business administration from Central university college in 2012.
She has over twelve (12) years working experience that she acquired while working for Jorbies microfinance, Ghana revenue Authority, Busy Internet, Total Energies, MTN Ghana and SRF Micro credit.

George Nicholas Essel

George Nicholas Essel is an Accounting and risk management professional who provides expert entrepreneurial solutions to resolve emerging business and financial challenges.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pyschology and Philosphy from the University of Ghana and a finalist of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

He obtained a certification on Risk Based Internal Auditing from the MIS Training Institute, England, UK.

George also hold various certificates in Practical Project Management Principles, Project Risk Management, Project Quality Management, Project Leadership, Management & Communication from George Washington University.

He has extensive audit and work experience for over 15 years which made him obtained enormous business knowledge in industries such as Audit and Consultancy, Banking, Mining, Shipping, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, and Hospitality & NGOs.

As an External Auditor with KPMG Ghana, he acquired 5 years of diversed audit experience in financial statement and procedural audit.

George subsequently gained an opportunity to apply this external audit experience to industrial practice at MTN Ghana, the largest Telecommunication Company for almost 10 years as an Internal Auditor and Finance Manager.

His key knowledge and expertise involes Financial Operations and Working Capital Management, Corporate Performance Reporting, Financial Statement and Compliance/Procedural Auditing, Internal Auditing and Risk Management & Control, Tax Management & Compliance, Procurement and Supply chain Management.

Gnahore Mymy Christian

Mymy Christian is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a solid foundation in technology and project management, backed by over a decade of experience driving transformation and delivering impactful results across Africa and beyond.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering (First Class Honors) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana) and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Coventry University (UK).

Mymy began his career in September 2012 as an IT Analyst with Eprocess International S.A., the Technology Hub of Ecobank Group. In this role, he supervised and delivered technology services supporting financial and core banking operations across 30+ countries. His exceptional performance earned him promotions to Service Delivery Analyst and later to Group Technology Project Manager, where he successfully led complex projects across Africa and beyond.

In January 2021, he joined New Digital Africa as Senior Manager for Projects and IT Services, where he played a pivotal role in designing and executing the group's technology strategy and establishing a Project Management Office (PMO). His visionary leadership saw him rise to the positions of Chief Transformation Officer and Deputy Managing Director of the affiliate responsible for Technology Service Delivery.

Since September 2023, Mymy has been serving as a Community Engagement Partner for the Sub-Saharan Africa Region at the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading authority on project management standards. This role allows him to pursue his passion for project management, fostering professional development, and promoting best practices across the region.

Mymy is also a sought-after coach, speaker, trainer, and thought leader, with expertise in project management standards, digital transformation, process improvement, organizational strategy, and professional development. He holds over 15 international certifications, including:
